Buyer Customizations and Developments

Our buyer support is for “as is” and anything exceeds our helping with general use, bug reports or up to 1 line of code is often outside the scope of our free buyer support. Though we are more than happy to help with any customizations you may have. Simply visit us anytime and submit a request through our website.

Installations & Setups

We offer new installations for a one time fee of $35.00 and a guaranteed 24hr turnaround. If you need it sooner than 24hrs, we can happily assist in assuring this is up and running like the demonstration within only a few hours.

All installations and setups are made to replicate the live demonstration to be used as a starting point when building your website. Easily allowing you the ability to reference what we’ve done in order to understand how it works and how it is being used.

Theme Updates

As long as you’ve made no modifications to your core theme files, or having to carry over any existing developments, then updates to your theme is a fee of $25.00 per update. We offer a guaranteed 24hr turnaround on this service and in the event there are customizations required to be carried over, we’ll review those requirements and propose an added effort.

Theme Change Logs

Change Logs will always be posted publicly to our live demonstration blog.

Pre-Sale Questions
